The Stories functionality will be made available to all platform users. Previously, this function was only available to premium subscribers. The Stories will be accessible through an expanded portion at the top of the interface. The user's chat list and folders will coexist with the Stories. Users will have several choices to interact with the Stories, including sharing, private replies, and reactions.

Telegram's Stories provide four privacy options: Everyone, My Contacts, Close Friends, and Selected Contacts. Each parameter, as expected, is configurable, allowing users to tailor their audience carefully. Users can prohibit certain persons from accessing their Stories while turning off screenshots to protect the material.

Users may change their Stories' visibility, captions, on-screen text, and stickers at any time. Telegram also provides users with access to statistics.

Stories in Profiles:

Stories can be shown in a grid style on user profiles for 6, 12, 24, or 48 hours. This feature combines old and new acquaintances. Notably, the privacy settings remain intact, giving users a choice over the exposure of their Stories to different audiences.

When users open a Story, their names are added to a list available only to the Story's creator, similar to Instagram. Stealth Mode, an extra function, improves anonymity for Premium users by removing their views and increasing privacy.
