In this consumer-centric age, conversational AI is utilizing the power of natural language processing (NLP) and natural language understanding (NLU) to navigate complex marketing systems and corporate work structures. Customer queries are now answered through conversational AI systems. These chatbots for customer questions convert the voice queries into text and then use machine learning principles to answer them. The human agents at a workplace also make use of this technology to process requests from end-users. The technology also furnishes solutions to internal working matters. Employees employ conversational AI to find company policies, interpret them, and adhere to them.

The use of conversational AI-enabled learning solutions is bridging the learning gap. Entwining academic resources with conversational AI can deliver customized content for every learner. This technology is adjusting the pace of learning for every student. In remote areas, educational chatbots are stimulating a teacher’s presence by custom-creating a course and answering questions asked by students as a voice assistant. It is also providing a comprehensive evaluation of assignments.

AI is not only enriching our lives and making them simpler, but it is also helping in the development and digital inclusion process. Today, AI-powered voice recognition systems are being used in rural areas where this technological tool has become not only a convenience but also desirable. With the internet’s penetration into these remote and isolated areas and AI’s palpable convenience that is provided, digital inclusion is constantly increasing.

AI is a universal blessing, but when it comes to the countryside, it is more than that. Some social enterprises are leveraging the power of AI to reach isolated areas and help remedial learners with tech-based learning solutions, which are helping to eliminate the learning gaps. Once the learning gap is bridged, AI will be creating jobs in these areas too. As reported by the Broadband India Forum (BIF), AI-based apps will aid in the creation of 28 lakh jobs in rural India by the next decade.
