TechProcess powers 100 mn BSNL customers for online bill payments and recharges

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), state-owned telecommunications company, has entrusted TechProcess, an electronic payments company to enable next generation digital payments for its customers.

BSNL customers will now be able to make bill payments and recharges anytime, anywhere using the BSNL website (www.bsnl.in) owing to the new payment gateway interoperable with more than 185 payment modes such as Credit and Debit cards, Net-banking, Standing Instructions on cards and account, Electronic Bill presentment and payment through BillJunction.

With this NextGen payments platform developed by TechProcess; consumers will be provided the widest choice of payments along with the best payment User Interface and User experience. Like offline payments the platform shall enable customers to avail digital receipts.
