TCS Scales Up Azure Open AI, Plans to Train 25,000 Associates

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) which is a leading name in the sector of IT services and consulting, has made a significant announcement of expanding its Microsoft Azure partnership. The plan is to scale up its Azure Open AI expertise and introduce a new Generative AI enterprise on the Microsoft Cloud platform. With the adoption of new Generative AI, TCS’s Microsoft Business Unit (MBU) aims to train and certify 25,000 associates on Azure Open AI. This will enable clients to accelerate their adoption of the technology. The action will satisfy its goal to help clients enhance customer experience, launch new business models, drive revenue growth, and improve productivity.

The program will be developed by TCS and its client teams to develop AI-led solutions, create proofs of concepts on Azure Open AI, gather roadmaps, and feedback from stakeholders, and deploy solutions to tackle real-time challenges. Furthermore, TCS will also be supporting clients to accelerate their software development and enhance programmer productivity by providing advisory services and implementing GitHub Copilot.
