TCS collaborates with AIB Life, Launches Operations in Ireland

Tata Consultancy Services(TCS) has played a significant role by helping AIB Life in launching its operation in Ireland. AIB Life is a joint venture between Allied Irish Banks plc and Great-West Lifeco, and TCS being a strategic partner assisted them in creating a modern and digitally-enabled platform that will support AIB’s vision to provide financial security to its customers.TCS officially announced that it will provide administration, information technology, and customer and handling services to AIB through its global delivery center in Letterkenny, Donegal.

AIB Life is a joint venture offering protection, pensions, and investment products exclusively to AIB’s 3.2 million customers. It is the first full-service technology-led life company designed and built in the Irish market in a generation.
