Research Now, the global provider of digital data collection to power analytics and insights, announced an agreement with GlobalLogic, a leader in digital technology services. This agreement reinforces Research Now’s commitment to leveraging advanced technologies to increase quality and speed of service delivery.
According to the agreement, GlobalLogic will provide survey programming innovation and services for Research Now. This role includes dedicated survey programming and project management services, and supporting the development of technology-based solutions for automation and quality improvements to increase customer satisfaction. The GlobalLogic facility is based in Noida, India, a suburb of Delhi, and will integrate with Research Now’s existing global client services team worldwide to provide continuous coverage.
