Can you give an overview of emerging technologies you have deployed?
AI/RPA Based Technology for Online and Operational Requirements. This we are working with two startups. We are using the latest in Chatbot engines and OCR based tools which has got good accuracy in collecting information identified and needed. This then is used thru a middleware to input in our system directly.
The middleware developed is one of a kind which brings the complete reality in operations and also reworks on the new generation of unread documents. The Middleware engine will be trained to take on new challenges over a period of time. We have the plan to put our complete operations on this mode in a plan of accuracy at over 75% and Majority or our documents in RPA Mode. The Chat Engine Will be a New Age ChatBot which will interface with our operating system and will also have responses on a real-time basis.
