Zoho launched Vikra, a seller app on the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC), aimed at empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) across India. Vikra simplifies e-commerce operations by enabling businesses to set up stores, manage product catalogues, and efficiently sell through popular platforms like Paytm, Ola, and Snapdeal. It facilitates easy onboarding to the ONDC network, offers personalized support, and ensures swift order fulfilment through local and national delivery partners such as Delhivery.

Zoho also introduced Zoho IoT, a scalable low-code platform designed to streamline IoT (Internet of Things) solutions for businesses. The platform enables real-time data collection, operational analysis, and predictive insights, empowering organizations to automate processes and enhance decision-making capabilities effortlessly.
