The World Economic Forum (WEF) has announced its Tech Pioneers for 2024, highlighting significant contributions to technology and education from around the globe. Among the selected few is NxtWave, an education technology platform based in Hyderabad, noted for its innovative approach to democratizing tech education.
NxtWave joins an elite group of just 10 Indian startups to be honored this year, sharing a stage with previous honorees like Google, Twitter, and Spotify.
The WEF’s recognition emphasizes the impact of NxtWave’s AI-powered coding courses offered in local languages. These courses are designed to make technology education accessible to residents of Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities in India, thereby enhancing employability for a broader demographic.
Rahul Attuluri, CEO of NxtWave, said, “Being recognized by the World Economic Forum is a significant validation of our mission to make tech education accessible to everyone. We are eager to contribute to the WEF’s Centre for the New Economy and Society and further our efforts to make a positive impact through technology.”
As part of the Tech Pioneers 2024 cohort, NxtWave will engage in discussions and initiatives at the World Economic Forum, contributing to the advancement of global technology and policy.
