IIT Hyderabad SURE Internship 2024: Registrations Open

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Hyderabad is hosting the Summer Undergraduate Research Exposure (SURE) program for 2024. The institute is inviting applications from undergraduate students to join this internship program.  SURE internship offers a unique opportunity for undergraduates to get engaged in advanced research. There are 200 seats available for this internship among which 50 are exclusively reserved for female candidates.

What are the eligibility criteria and benefits of IIT Hyderabad SURE Internship 2024?

The SURE Internship program offers a unique platform for undergraduate students across various disciplines to engage in advanced research activities. The eligible candidates include

•   First-year MSc students in Maths/Physics/ Chemistry/ Biology
•  First-year M.A. students
• Second/Third-year B.Tech/ B.Des. students
• Third/Fourth Integrated B.Tech
• M.Tech program students 

All from non-IIT Hyderabad institutions can apply for this internship.

The selected interns will receive a fellowship of Rs. 15000 for the entire duration or Rs. 7500 per month. Interns will also be provided with accommodation facilities in IIT Hyderabad student hostels.

Checklist for IIT Hyderabad SURE Internship 2024

• Online applications must be submitted by 10^th March 2024.
• Results will be announced tentatively on 15^th April 2024.
• The program will commence on 15^th May 2024.

Selection will be based on academic performance, extracurricular activities, and interview performance.
