Freshworks Inc. (NASDAQ: FRSH) has announced the appointment of Srinivasan Raghavan as its Chief Product Officer (CPO). Bringing over 20 years of expertise in enterprise SaaS, Raghavan will lead Freshworks' product strategy, driving innovation and scaling solutions for enhanced customer (CX) and employee experiences (EX). Reporting directly to CEO Dennis Woodside, Raghavan joins the company’s executive leadership team.

“Srini brings a proven track record of driving enterprise growth and managing complex, multi-product portfolios,” said Dennis Woodside, CEO of Freshworks. “His expertise in AI-powered solutions and his bold vision align perfectly with Freshworks’ mission to scale innovation in customer and employee experiences.”

Raghavan previously served as Chief Product Officer at RingCentral, where he expanded the company’s offerings with new cloud-based contact center and sales intelligence solutions. Before that, he held senior leadership roles at Five9 and Cisco, specializing in AI-driven automation, digital engagement, and collaboration technologies.

With a background in engineering and product strategy, Raghavan holds advanced degrees in Computer Science and Engineering and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. His global leadership experience spans the U.S., Europe, and Asia, offering Freshworks a diverse and strategic perspective.
