EPAM to Acquire NEORIS to Boost Digital Transformation Capabilities

EPAM Systems, Inc., a leading global provider of digital transformation services and product engineering, has announced a definitive agreement to acquire NEORIS, a Miami-based advanced technology consultancy with over 4,700 professionals operating in key talent hubs across Latin America, Spain, and the U.S. The acquisition comes from funds managed by Advent International, a prominent global private equity firm, and Cemex, a global leader in construction materials.

Expanding Global Reach and Enhancing Industry Expertise

EPAM Systems has announced an agreement to acquire NEORIS, a Miami-based technology consultancy with a significant presence in Latin America, Spain, and the U.S. The acquisition will enhance EPAM’s delivery capabilities in Latin America and Europe, allowing the company to broaden its digital transformation services across key industries like Manufacturing, Banking, Retail, and Telecom. This strategic move will further strengthen EPAM's global reach and its ability to deliver innovative technology solutions in Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets.

NEORIS, known for delivering complex digital transformation projects across diverse sectors such as Manufacturing, Banking, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) & Retail, Telecommunications & Media, leverages expertise in Digital Experience, Engineering, SAP, Data, Analytics, Machine Learning (ML) & Artificial Intelligence (AI), Interactive UX, Digital Strategy, and Enterprise Architecture.
