Elastic appoints Karthik Rajaram as the new VP and GM for India operations

Software company, Elastic has announced the appointment of Karthik Rajaram as the new Area Vice President and General Manager overseeing its India operations. Karthik Rajaram, the former country head of Freshworks India, in this role, will spearhead Elastic's business strategy, drive growth initiatives, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster robust regional partnerships.

With over two decades of technology leadership and enterprise sales expertise, Karthik joins Elastic from his previous position as Area Vice President and Country Head of India at Freshworks. His extensive background includes pivotal roles at Akamai, Salesforce, and Microsoft, providing him with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements. Karthik's appointment aligns with Elastic's mission to empower individuals to access real-time, scalable insights efficiently. He served at Akamai Technologies, Salesforce.com, and Microsoft, contributing to his extensive experience in the technology sector.
