This landmark deal, comprising both cash and stock, also involves a contingent payment of up to $400 million based on the achievement of specific performance milestones. ZT Systems, a New Jersey-based company that specializes in computing design and infrastructure for AI, cloud, and general-purpose computing, will be integrated into AMD’s expanding computing infrastructure design business. ZT Systems known for its close collaborations with tech giants like NVIDIA and Intel, brings a wealth of expertise that aligns seamlessly with AMD’s strategic vision. 

AMD’s Long-Term AI Strategy
