As part of its constant endeavors to transform the product and startup ecosystem of India, National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM) and its initiative DESIGN4INDIA along with Facebook as a leading partner hosted the Design Summit- ‘Interaction 2 Interfaces-How to build great products’ in Gurgaon today. The summit aimed to create a significant impact on the software technology product circuit by bringing the design and product ecosystems together.
Themed around ‘building great products- the impact of design in software technology companies’, the summit was addressed by eminent speakers, with the key note sessions held by Satyajeet Singh, Product Partnerships, Facebook India; Patrick Newbery, CSO of Method & Chief Design Officer, Practice Lead Globallogic and Saurabh Das, GVP - Marketing and Experience Platforms, SapientRazorfish.
In order to integrate design thinking and a human centric approach into the startups’ DNA, the DESIGN4INDIA initiative has been working to build design as a ‘tool for innovation’ that needs increasing adoption, further enabling the creation of intellectual property (IP) into the final technology, product or service.
