Micromax Canvas Selfie 2 Q340 backed by 1GB RAM and 1.3 GHz quad core processor launched at Rs 5999

Micromax has been consistently trying to win back market share by launching new smartphones almost every week. Today, it announced two new additions to its Canvas Selfie range - namely the Canvas Selfie 2 and the Canvas Selfie 3 in India. The Selfie 3 will be equipped with a Bluetooth enabled selfie stick.

The Micromax Canvas Selfie 2 has the following features:
* Android 5.9 Lollipop
* 1.3 GHz quad core processor with 1 GB RAM
* 8 GB of inbuilt storage
* 5-megapixel front-facing and rear facing camera; 2000mAh battery

The smartphone is attractively priced at Rs 5999 and will be available from August 22nd.
