Microchip Technology Inc. announced that registration is now open for its annual India MASTERs Conference. This is the fourteenth annual India MASTERs, since the first one launched in 2001. The conference will take place on December 5-8 in Bangalore.
Microchip’s annual India MASTERs Conference is the premier technical training event for embedded control engineers. MASTERs is designed to provide engineers with a forum for sharing and exchanging technical information on Microchip’s large portfolio of products and to serve as a design resource for using these products in applications. This year’s conference will feature 51 classes on Microchip’s 8-, 16- and 32-bit PIC microelectronics (MCUs), high-performance analog and interface solutions, dsPIC digital signal controllers, wireless communication, touch and input sensing solutions, cryptography for embedded systems, Ethernet and USB solutions, embedded Linux and the MPLAB development ecosystem. This year’s event will also feature numerous classes on Microchip’s AVR and SAM (ARM-based) MCUs/ MPUs. Classes are available for all levels of experience. Out of the 51 classes offered, 20 classes are hands-on workshops that enable attendees to learn more about specific applications by using development tools and writing code in the classrooms.
“Every year we strive to make the MASTERs Conference the best training event for design engineers,” said Ramesh Babu, Microchip’s regional manager in India. “This year’s theme is ‘Dream. Develop. Deliver.’ Our program will give attendees inspiration to dream big, actionable information to reduce development time and the tools needed deliver quality products to their clients. Everyone who attends the MASTERs Conference will walk away with valuable knowledge needed to solve today’s most challenging design issues.”
Additional activities during the MASTERs conference include networking sessions between third-party partners and attendees to discuss relevant design topics as well as meetings with third-party development tool experts. The “Ask the Experts” program allows attendees to ask Microchip engineers questions about design and development relating to any of Microchip’s products. The “Third Party Bazaar” also showcases development tools that help decrease development time when using Microchip products. In addition, Microchip’s Keynote session will be held in the evening of day two. This conference also offers attendees a MPLAB XC compiler for free.
