DQ: Elaborate on the key objectives and goals of the strategic collaboration between Noventiq and AWS. Will the establishment of this Center of Excellence (CoE) benefit both organizations and their customers?

Praveen Sridhar: The strategic collaboration between Noventiq and AWS is set to accelerate cloud adoption, foster innovation, and drive digital transformation on a global scale. One of the primary goals of this collaboration is to migrate over 1,000 customers from on-premises infrastructure to AWS by 2027. This migration will enable businesses to leverage AWS’s robust cloud infrastructure, leading to improved scalability, flexibility, and cost efficiency.

The Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and best practices in cloud adoption. It will oversee governance, coordination, and integration of all cloud initiatives, ensuring a unified and effective approach to digital transformation. In addition to the global CCoE, Noventiq is expanding its AWS operations with five local AWS CCoEs and five Regional Delivery Centers (RDCs) in key regions, including the UK, the Netherlands, Germany, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia. This strategic expansion aims to enhance local delivery capabilities and customer engagement, ensuring that businesses in these regions can effectively leverage AWS’s cloud solutions.

Another critical aspect of the collaboration is enhancing skills and talent development. Noventiq plans to launch an AWS Center of Learning, aiming to achieve 1,000 AWS Certifications in the next three to five years. Additionally, Noventiq will recruit 250 AWS specialists by 2027. These efforts will ensure that their workforce is well-equipped with the necessary skills to build and deploy advanced solutions on AWS.

DQ: How does Noventiq plan to expedite the migration of Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs) and Enterprises to AWS's Cloud ecosystem? What are the specific strategies or tools in place to facilitate this transition?

Vinod Nair: Through a strategic collaboration with AWS, Noventiq is focused on accelerating the migration to AWS's Cloud ecosystem of the start-up and enterprise business segment mainly. We have adopted AWS's signature working-backwards methodology to meticulously plan our resources and go-to-market strategy. This strategy includes distinct activities tailored to the unique needs of startups and Enterprises.

For both, start-ups and enterprises, we have introduced our recently announced Rapid Migration Offers (RMO). This fixed-cost migration offer simplifies the migration process by removing complexity and reducing risk, making it highly appealing to this segment of customers.

For Enterprises, we develop proprietary IP solutions designed to automate operations and enhance agility. A notable example is our uDMS solution, which exemplifies our commitment to innovation and operational efficiency. Additionally, Enterprises can leverage AWS’s Migration Acceleration Program (MAP), where Noventiq’s extensive expertise has led to numerous success stories.

Through these targeted strategies and tools, Noventiq ensures a seamless transition to AWS’s Cloud ecosystem for start-ups and enterprises, delivering tailored solutions that meet their specific needs and drive their digital transformation.

Our successful track record spans multiple industries, including Retail & Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Manufacturing, Financial Services and Insurance (FSI), Healthcare & Life Sciences, Energy, Power & Utilities, and Media & Entertainment. Noventiq helped Profectus Capital develop a data lake on AWS using AWS Glue, Amazon S3, and Amazon Redshift. This transformation enabled Profectus to gain a comprehensive 360-degree view of insights across multiple systems, streamlining decision-making processes around loan sanctioning. They also utilized Amazon Textract to extract key information from public domain PDFs, enhancing lead generation efforts by processing approximately one million annual school reports.

We continue to innovate on behalf of our customers so they can move quickly, securely, and with confidence to enable their businesses, and our track record in the area of cloud security is second to none. We showcase our culture publicly as a means for anyone to learn from and adopt – such as our AWS Security Guardians program. We also help our customers by continuing to raise the bar on baseline security. For example, AWS now has automatic Block Public Access for S3 as default. This means customers can ensure that no new S3 buckets are inadvertently set to public access, which is a recommended security best practice.
