Akshaya Patra Foundation runs the largest mid-day meal program in the world and serves over 1.6 million beneficiaries every day in over 13,800 schools in 32 locations across 12 Indian States. Akshaya Patra Foundation is an iconic Government of India initiative with an unprecedented scale.

At Akshaya Patra, the supply chain is just one of the facets that make the whole initiative one well-oiled unit tirelessly feeding children and ensuring them a bright future. Akshaya Patra has deployed Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and migrated their  servers, applications, ERP, Storage etc to private cloud services. Akshaya Patra has deployed ERP for all transactions and HCM-Payroll systems covering complete HCM requirement including Performance Management.

For Digital Transparency and real-time data visibility, Akshaya Patra is going to implement Qlik Sense BI through their Digital  Transformation Partner Finesse ITLabs. Akshay Patra is also implementing Mobile App for their delivery team and with which they will be optimizing the production forecasting and supply chain. They are also implementing Salesforce CRM which shall be helping them for channelizing the donations. Qlik Sense BI shall be integrated with their MS Dynamics ERP, Salesforce CRM, Production systems, Purchase, Kitchen and Supply Chain. The data from all this would be integrated with Qlik Sense and a real-time data visibility is made possible for all decision makers to make informed decisions.
