IIT Roorkee Offers 12-week Free Online Course on Data Analytics

IIT Roorkee has announced for students and other interested participants a 12 week free online course called Data Analytics with Python

IIT Roorke, through the SWAYAM NPTEL platform, is offering a 12 week free online course called Data Analytics with Python, which aims at educating participants on how to use python programming language. The course will be conducted from 23 January to 14 April 2023, and would be most suited for undergraduate and postgraduate students. That said, anyone interested to learn about the topic may enrol for the free online data analytics course.

The course will be conducted by IIT Roorkee professor Ramesh Anbanandam. The professor has graduated in production engineering from Madras University, Chennai, and then did his postgraduation from National Institute of Technology, Trichy. The professor has also earned a PhD in supply chain management from IIT Delhi. He has also published various research articles in reputed journals.

Apart from highlighting the use of python programming, the course will also cover examples of analytics in a wide variety of industries.
