Hitachi Data Systems (HDS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Hitachi, Ltd has been recognized for the second consecutive year as one of India’s best companies to work for in IT & ITeS, 2016 per a study conducted by Great Place to Work 2016. Last year, Hitachi Data Systems was ranked amongst the top 50 in the category of best IT-BPM companies to work for in India and amongst the top 5 small organisations in IT-BPM 2015.
India’s best companies to work for 2016 study was conducted amongst 800 companies with over 1, 55, 119 employees in this year's assessment. Under the category India's best companies to work for in IT and ITeS 2016, the study was conducted amongst 145 IT and ITeS companies.

The methodology and research was done using the Great Place To Work Institute's unique metrics and assessment frameworks.
