With an aim to further scale ahead and become a partner of choice for companies seeking to enhance its customer equity, Hansa Cequity, India’s first and largest customer marketing company , has reinforced its management structure with several key appointments. The new appointments have been made to strengthen its expertise in Customer Experience, Analytics and Digital Technologies.
Chetan Bhangdia has been appointed as Executive Vice President – Delivery and Operations which comprises Technology Services, Analytics, Campaign Management and Customer Relationship Hub. He will oversee the delivery and operations’ capabilities across all clients. In his previous stint, he has worked as director for Barclays Technology Centre in India and more recently with ADP – Global as head of data management, management reporting and data analytics.
Harshajith Umapathy has joined the team as Senior Vice President and Practice Head for Telecom and Financial Services. He comes with 18 years of experience in the telecom and e-commerce industry, of which he spent almost 13 years with Bharti Airtel. His last role at Airtel was GM & National Distribution Head- General Trade, based out of Airtel’s Corporate Offices. Post Airtel, Harshajith was a senior member of the Bharat Matrimony management team.
To strengthen its customer engagement capability and drive campaign operation, Jiju George has joined Hansa Cequity as Vice President-Campaign Management. He will head the entire campaign management capability function at the company. Jiju George has spent over a decade in HDFC bank across direct banking and campaign management functions.
In addition, Hephzibah Clement has joined the team as Senior Vice President – Retail and Consumer Practice. She will head the national operations of the retail and consumer practice, as well as head the Bengaluru operations of the company. She comes with 20 years of experience spanning market research, analytics and measurement science, specializing in brand health and communications research with organizations like IMRB International, Millward Brown and Nielsen.
