Google Pay one of the largest Unified Payment Interface (UPI) payment services in the nation has introduced UPI Lite. A payment support service that will allow users to make small value transactions without using their pin. UPI Lite is introduced to access faster and hassle-free payment even during surge hours.
Google UPI Lite will be accessible to all existing users within the same app where they can create a UPI Lite wallet with a value limit of Rs. 2000 loaded twice a day. With access to UPI wallet users will be able to make transactions worth up to Rs 200 without using a pin.
How to access UPI Lite on Google Pay?
To access the UPI LIte support payment system users will have to download or update the Google Pay app from the Play Store or App Store.
- Visit the Google Pay app.
- Click on “Setup payment methods” and select “UPI Lite”.
- Choose an eligible bank account that supports UPI Lite.
- Click on “Continue” and add the amount (One time limit is Rs.2000)
If you want to make a payment using Google Pay UPI Lite then, select UPI Lite to pay on the app and Click on Pay PIN free. In this way, you will be able to make hassle-free transactions using UPI Lite.
