What is your Digital Transformation plan, strategy and the deliverables you expect or already coming in?

We need more People doing digital. The aim is for a paperless environment with access to all corporate apps a data anytime anywhere from any device. Employees need to be able to access any info, do any operation without having to run to the support departments, which we have achieved by automating all the workflows, processes and having a state of art digital asset management system. We were among the pioneers in the industry to move our entire production environment to the cloud. We are currently looking at deploying LMS, chatbots and cognitive analytics among other digital initiatives.
