DRDO recruitment 2022 for scientists is being conducted for 630 new vacancies, and online applications will be accepted until 29 July 2022
Online applications for DRDO recruitment 2022 for scientists have begun for 630 new vacancies available at the Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO), Department of Science and Technology (DST) and Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA). There are both Scientist B and Scientist or Engineer B vacancies available. Those selected for the vacancies will be paid a monthly salary of Rs 88,000. Online applications are being accepted on the Recruitment and Assessment Centre website.
Who Can Apply for DRDO Recruitment 2022 for Scientists?
The DRDO recruitment for scientist notification says that there are 630 new vacancies for which candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology or also those with a first class master’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent along with a valid GATE score in the following streams can apply:

How to Apply for DRDO Recruitment 2022 for Scientists?
Interested and eligible candidates will have to do the following to apply for the vacancies before 29 July 2022:
- Firstly, candidates are required to register online at the RAC website by providing their name, email, phone number and password.
- On successful registration, the candidates may login before the closing date of the advertisement to fill the application form online. The candidates are required to upload the requisite certificates such as birth certificate, essential qualification degrees and so on.
- Applicants will then have to lock their applications, as only locked applications will be considered.
- Candidates have been advised to retain a copy of the online recruitment application in pdf format after locking the online application form.
General, OBC and EWS male candidates are required to pay a non-refundable and non-transferable application fee of Rs 100. However, there is no application fee for SC, ST, Divyang and women candidates. Those who wish to know more are advised to go through the official notification for further information.
