DRDO recruitment 2019 is soon going to be conducted to fill a huge vacancy of 270 Scientist B positions. The recruitment will be conducted by the Recruitment and Assessment Centre (RAC) for Scientist B in Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO), Scientist B in Department of Science and Technology (DST), Scientist or Engineer B in Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA), and Executive Engineer in Gallium Arsenide Enabling Technology Centre (GAETEC), says the official RAC website. Selected candidates will be eligible to get a salary of Rs 80,000 approximately.
Who can Apply for the DRDO Recruitment 2019 for Scientist B?
According to the DRDO recruitment 2019 notification available on the RAC website, graduate engineers and post graduates from different streams of science, including students who have appeared in their final year, can apply for the 290 posts on the official RAC website.
Engineers who have a valid GATE score and from various streams of engineering such as electronics and communication or relevant streams of engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, computer science engineering, aeronautical engineering, textile engineering, metallurgy engineering, and various other relevant streams of post graduation can apply. The candidate should have secured over 60 percent marks. Candidates who do not have First Class or Division in EQ degree can only apply against the vacancies of DST.
How to Apply for the DRDO Recruitment 2019 for Scientist B?
Interested and eligible candidates will be able to apply for the vacancies after the news appears in the employment newspaper, which is approximately 10 August 2019, Candidates need to apply on the official RAC website from 10 August 2019 onwards within 21 days of the advertisement appearing in the employment news. General, EWS and OBC male candidates would be required to pay an online application fee of Rs 100. However, there is no application fee for SC, ST, PwD and women candidates, says the official DRDO recruitment 2019 notification. Candidates are advised to go through the notification available on the official RAC website before applying for the jobs.
