Only a three-year-old company, Daksh eServices has made its presence felt in
the BPO industry in India strongly. It offers a range of integrated customer
care services including voice, email response, real-time chat, knowledge
management, CRM architecture and other value-added services to large global
corporations. While 95% of the company’s export revenues came from the US, 5%
came from Europe. As a part of its growth plan, the company added 1,477 persons
to its workforce.
