The GPS enabled smartphones allow to track the location of auto-rickshaws all the time.

“We have dedicated 24*7 helpline numbers for our users and SOS button on our app that enables users to get response within 30 seconds,” says Samar Singla, Founder, Jugnoo.

Jugnoo is currently rendering its services in 29 cities of India and has over 10,000 autos empanelled under the brand at present. “The focus is on scaling up. We intend to be an undisputed leader in the auto-rickshaw space, capturing the entire Indian market along with having a strong international presence,” added Singla.
