Urgent requirement of a CIO/IT HEAD at a Jewellery company

A leading jewellery companies is eagerly looking for a senior level CIO. The primary task of the CIO would be to manage their technology initiatives, identify and come up with new technology as well as atomizing areas for business benefits. The IT head should be able to motivate and manage the IT team. This posietion is based out of Coimbatore.

The CIO would be responsible for the entire IT at the company including their current automation and initiatives such as Microsoft AX ERP, HR Payroll – Spine, TAB Automation, Amazon Business Portal and e-Commerce business portal, etc.

Role & Responsibilities

• Take stock of current automation status and manage
  • Current initiatives are
    • Microsoft AX ERP
    • HR Payroll – Spine
    • TAB Automation
    • AMAZON Business Portal
    • E-Commerce business portal
    • IIJS & other exhibition order capturing tool
  • For maximum utilization of investment
  • To meet final objective of the investment
  • Vendor co-ordination
  • User expectation management and delivery

• Study and understand entire business process of EJIL, EJRL and other group companies
  • Identify gap areas and draw up plan to fill up appropriately
  • Come up with additional new automation which will help business
• Create IT budget and operate within IT Budget
• Identify, motivate and mentor current IT Team.
  • Identify the current competence and draw up training plan
  • Assign, monitor and measure delivery
  • Build a motivated team for providing un-interrupted service to business
  • Completion of all the pending projects
  • Develop and maintain of the new payroll projects and HRMS modules.
  • Develop the existing production automization projects and targeting the deliverables in specified period.
