HCLSoftware and State Bank of India Collaboration

HCL Software, the software division of HCL Technologies, has been chosen by the State Bank of India (SBI) for its MarTech solution as a component of SBI's digital transformation initiative.

Under the terms of the five-year contract, HCL Software will implement the HCL Unica platform for the State Bank of India (SBI). This deployment aims to facilitate SBI's digital transformation of its customer interaction framework, allowing for highly personalized communication across the bank's various digital marketing channels. Moreover, the implementation will ensure compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) and other rigorous security standards.

Leveraging its advanced Customer Data Platform, AI capabilities, and robust campaign management tools, HCL Unica will utilize real-time data to greatly enhance SBI's customer engagement capabilities. This will enable the facilitation of intricate, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, thereby improving the precision and relevance of customer engagement.
